The Building Committee met on Wednesday 26 February 2020 to discuss the way forward after the EGM.
At the meeting it was agreed that the design process for the Multipurpose Hall would start immediately and suitable professionals will be engaged to assist with this.
Our first step in planning this facility will be to arrange consultations with the community to understand the key priorities of our members. The team will also commence working on the WF Capital Projects paper for the Multi-Purpose Sports hall.
The Building Committee is due to meet again in April and we will provide a further update in due course.
In the meantime, we have also been busy laying the groundwork for starting the Masjid and Imambargah phase. We are currently targeting a start date of September 2020.
Alhamdullilah the work on the Ghusl Khana is carrying on and InshaAllah will be completed in Summer.
